I set this form to auto disable on 5/31 11PM, which it did and it is still disabled. However today we received a new submission, how is this possible?

I checked both of the embedded forms and both are showing as disabled on my end.  I do believe the form disabled time takes into account local time for the user.  Was the user possibly in a different timezone where the form would have still been enabled when they submitted it?

Sure that may be, however the form was disabled 5/31 11PM, and this submission came in at

That can't be a time zone issue.

I am not quite sure how that submission went through if the form was already disabled.  I checked the embedded form on several different browsers as well as mobile and it showed unavailable in each one.

If you receive any further submissions through the disabled form, let us know and we will forward this to our developers to have a look.

Can you see if this may have been an incomplete submission and the person just completed it by posting a payment?

I also could not find any means to submit the form on your website since I could not even use the form on browser.

I set this form to auto disable on 5/31 11PM, which it did and it is still disabled Screenshot 30

But what you mentioned about suspended/pending submission payments is very much possible. It could be that this submission was previously in pending state in the Incomplete Payments submissions. The user must have just completed the payments after the form was already in disabled status.

You can read the explanation in the description details about Pending Payments.

The recorded Submission Date will be the one in the completed submissions. This is why it can be seen that this submission occurs post the form disabled already.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
