How do I refresh the title of my form?

Hi,

I've created a form (cloned from a previous form), and it won't display the right title of the page (in the browser tab). It's still displaying the title from the previous form even thought all the content inside the page is updated correctly. How do I get the title to update as well? I've changed it in the settings of the new form.

It's supposed to be Smart Savings Rewards Enrollment Agreement, but it's showing up as Power Perks Enrollment Agreement.

The browser tab title is actually changed in a different location than the form title.  Here is our guide on how to update the browser tab title:
