Comcast Email Users Not Getting Our Emails

    Hi there,

    Just wondering if there is anything we can do if a respondent to our forms has a Comcast email.  I have heard that users of the system are not getting the emails that we set up.

    Please let me know.

    I have checked your email log and found that the emails are sending to the comcast email addresses, could you please ask your users to check their spam or junk folders? 

    I would also suggest you to take a look on this guide, although it is to avoid bouncing, it will help you to avoid missing information on emails and get emails marked as spam or not delivered: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
