Need to Move my Form to another user (updated thread)

    -Username the Form is:
    studiothy
     
    -Name of the Form I need you to Move:
    Formulario de Datos - Anteojos Shop
     
    -Username of the Account that I want my Form and Data Transferred:
    Conceptos

    UPDATE:

    I opted for the second option and cloned the form as explained on your web. But I was unable to import the submission data with the Import Data app, it keeps saying there are errors. I´m stuck.

    Can you help me transfering the data to the other account where the form is cloned?

    As per your request, I have now moved the form "Formulario de Datos -Anteojos Shop" to the account username "Conceptos".
