Need assistance with creating a form with approval workflow

    Hello I am close to finishing this form I think I have read through the directions mulitple times but I am still not sure why it is not working all the way. When I submit a form in a new window using the link the submission does not go anywhere but when I use the autfill feature the form comes to my email although I am not able to edit it or send it to anyone else. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I also dont know if I am supposed to pre fill out the emails first then send it and it will go to each person or if the next person has to include their email. I am lost at this point.

    I see that you've created a form that requires multiple approvals from a different department. Have you by chance checked and followed our guide related to approval process workflow? Here's the guide:

    If the emails of each department are constant, you can define them as default values.


    In addition, I think you're using an incorrect field for the "Approval". Use radio button (Single choice) instead of checkbox (Multiple choices).
