Hi, I have deleted the GetResponse API and replaced it with a new regenerated one.
I know that the welcome email from GetResponse should be sent out almost immediately after the two Jotform emails are sent out after filling out my form.
I've checked the support threads of previous similar issues.
I've checked GetResponse to see if the contact information was populated in their database. It was not.
Please help me figure this out.

I just tested GetResponse Integration with my account, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the information was passing through. When you're in All contacts page, could you please check if contacts are not under Unconfirmed type:
-Go to Contacts-Search Contacts:
-Click View all contacts:
-And choose Unconfirmed type:
Please let us know if that was the case.

Yeah, I found it! But the GetResponse autoresponder didn't get activated. I turned off the double optin in GetResponse because I don't want to use one for what I'm doing. Is then an issue with GetResponse?
I don't see your test email in here, so you somehow unsubscribed or removed yourself?

I just talked to GetResponse and they tested the form and got the two emails expected right away. Seems that I tried using the same email twice without deleting the email before I went back and "entered" the contest again.
