How do I fill my hidden fields after client send back form?

how do i fill my hidden fields after client send back form ?

I have my document set up with hidden fields that I want to fil in after I meet with the person.  I can find their submission in the search bar at the bottom, but I dont know how to open it so i can edit it.

Hello Rose,

You can edit submissions from your form's submission page. You need to search & select the desired submission record and then click on the "Edit" button to load the submission data in form. It will also display the hidden field in form as well. You need to click on the "Submit" button of your form. Please check the screenshot below:
