As I understood you correctly, you did not receive your Notification e-mails. Is that true? I have checked your forms and you have only one form which has the submissions. I have checked this form and could see that you have not set the Notification e-mail. As you can see below screenshot:
If you set the Notification e-mail to your form, you can receive your submissions via e-mail. Here is a guide helps to you: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
