Cancel Order and Account

    I was recently chargede $90 for a yearly subscription but I no longer use your services and would like to cancel the subscription. I did not authorize the charge and need this taken care of.

    As I was checking your account, I see that you have also sent us an email regarding your concern. My colleague, Aury, already responded to that email and mentioned that your subscription was already canceled and a refund is already being processed.
