On our order form, users can select items they are interested in to request a quote. When we receive our email submission from this form, all of the options are shown whether the user makes a selection or not. How can I make it so that only the items that the customer selected in the form show up in the submission email? It will be more convenient for our sales people to interpret the customer's needs if they don't have to sort through a long email form (we offer a lot of products and are constantly adding).

We have a new feature in jotform. This is the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" from advance tab under Preferences. Have you tried these already? Please confirm if these works in your side.
Note: if the email alert has been edited, it becomes now 'dirty' if how we call it. Which means the said feature will not be work anymore, unless you recreate the email alert.
