Conditional logic formulas for variable number input?

Does there exist conditional logic formulas for variable number input? 

I am attempting to create a conditional logic field to show the field name for a parent/guardian if the applicant places in the "Age" field a number value less than 18. Is there a formula to do this?

For numeric fields data type, it is possible to use condition rules like greater than or less than or equal/not equal to.
