Does that mean that only 10 people can sign up using my form before I have to upgrade?

What does it mean 10 payments on the free jot form account?

It means you can only receive 10 Submissions with payments associated with it per month (not lifetime). A submission is considered as a Payment Submission if you have a Payment Processor added to your form.

Does that mean that only 10 people can sign up using my form before I have to upgrade?

These are not people per se but submissions. For example, a single person can send the form 10 times and that would count as 10 submissions.

You can find the complete breakdown on our Pricing Page https://www.jotform.com/pricing

To sum it up, on the Free Plan, you can:

    1. Create 5 forms (account-wide / lifetime)

    2. 100 Submissions (per month)

    3. 10 Submissions with Payments (per month)

    4. 100 MB Available Space (account-wide / lifetime)

    5. 1,000 Form Views (per month)

    6. 500 Total Submission Storage (account-wide / lifetime)

All monthly limits get replenished on the 1st day of each month.
