    I am unable to integrate with Infusionsoft using Safari browser.

    For the first time, I'm having trouble connecting a form to Infusionsoft. It's form

     October 4, 2017 Attendee Registration

    Hello johannawise,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    Do you get any error message when you authenticate using your email / password? Are you sure you are using correct credentials? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the error message and we will take a look.     I do not get an error message. It simply processes:
    Infusionsoft is already integrated for this account. I just can’t get this form to link:

    Hello Johanna,

    can you please logout from your Jotform account and then login again before trying to integrated with InfusionSoft again. Please note that when you click on "AUTHENTICATE" button of InfusionSoft integration, it opens a new window where you need to input you credentials. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please ensure that popup window is not blocked in your browser or its not already open. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please try with another browser can get back to us if the issue persists.

    Brilliant - I was able to integrate Infusionsoft via Firefox browser.
    Note: I was NOT able to integrate Infusionsoft via Safari browser.

    Hello Johanna,

    I am glad to know that you were able to integrate with InfusionSoft using firefox browser. I did try to integrate with InfusionSoft using Safari browser and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The authentication window does to seems to load. 

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have update from them.

    This is now fixed. 

    You may now integrate to InfusionSoft using Safari.
