Changing recipient's email address

    I created a new e-mail for the form to be sent to when complete, I changed the e-mail to a different one than the one I used to set up this account, but every time I try to send a test e-mail it always bypasses the change I made and sends the e-mail to my jotform account e-mail.

    Hi,

    I've got the same question, but haven't found the answer in a previous forum questions. :(

    I've tried to set up a new e-mail alert, and tried to change existing ones.  It ALWAYS reverts back to the e-mail I used to set up the account in the first place.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

    To solve the issue of not getting emails after setting notification email address, please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever IPs as follows;

    Hello,

    This does not solve the problem.  I'm not having a spam problem.  The problem is that even though I change the recipient e-mail to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT e-mail address, or even add a comma for two e-mail addresses, it still is sending it to the original e-mail account I used to set-up Jotform -- an address that isn't even in the recipient e-mail setting.

    Help!

    Hi Steve;

    I checked your form and was able to see three notification email setups. Please can you delete all these notification settings and set only one with differet emails separated by commas and check if this works out!

    Hi,

    I think I realize the problem.  I was using the "Test E-mail" button in the "Compose E-Mail" screen.  This test e-mail ONLY goes to the set-up e-mail, not the recipients on the list.  When I submit the form from my site, it does the appropriate thing.
