Even if I deleted all the submissions, the upload space still shows as full, and I can't use the form with my clients. What do I need to do?

I checked your account and it appears that the uploads counter did not update right away after you have deleted the submissions. I have now corrected it and reactivated your account. You should be able to access your forms now.
