Send the form to different people based on conditions

This is a form for staff to book courses.  There is a section for sign off by line manager, Tim Patteson, Hazel Armstrong and finally Finance.

Is there a way that the response goes to the line manager's email in the first instance and once he has signed it, it goes to Tim Patteson etc?

You can achieve that using conditional logic. You can add a Get Form URL widget, and set the notification to go the line manager when the form is first submitted. Once the it's signed by them, you can set a condition with the following logic:

IF Get page URL contains "edit"

AND is signed by line manager

THEN send notification to Tim Patteson.
