Username change

Is there a way to change the username? If possible, we would like to change it to be more universal for our organization. We are planning to grow our usage of this platform and want to ensure we are prepared.

Hi Paul,

Only administrator and forum supporters can change your username.

We can help you in changing your username. Please provide at least 3 so that we can check for its availability. Please take note that period "." and spaces are not allowed.

Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
