SO I want to have a form that can be filled out and then have my customers pre register for my events. The form is a wavier. i would like to be able to print out a copy of the wavier form with all the customer info/details of the form on it. so when my customer shows up to the event I can have is printed out and have then physically sign it. is this possible?

While viewing your submissions, there is an option to include headers and text in your submissions:

This will also include the headers and text of the form in the PDF output.
