When an applicant hits Submit button on our on-line application the completed form is not going into our submission box.

    I checked your account and it is in good status. You should be able to receive a submission properly. To view your submissions, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    Also, I checked your email logs and I didn't see any submissions. To view your email logs history, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    I also checked this form (http://www.jotform.us/form/70926557812160) you created and there's no Submit button. I will clear your form cache so it will be refreshed from our server.

    If the issue persists, please provide the form link or website where the form is embedded so we can investigate it further. Thank you.

    This form (https://www.jotform.us/form/32415503421138) belongs to the user (elizguilletgmailcom). It is not under your account which is why you can't see the submissions.

    The form is currently active. I was able to open it in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Here's a screenshot:

    We can transfer forms from one account to another, however, the request should come from the user account where the form currently belongs to.

    The account's email address is (hr@gpi*.com). You need to have an access to this email address so that you can reset the password of the account.

    You can use the "Forgot Password" tool on the Login page. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/login.
