I want Auto responder email to have a same link as thank you page

It is possible to place a dynamic prepopulation link that is the same as the link on the Thank You Page on my first form in the auto responder email to client from the first form?    So that if for some reason they aren't redirected, or if they are redirected and don't have time at that moment to fill out the second form they can go back to their email and find the link?   Also, if they pay by paypal in the first form and don't "return to merchant" when they are  finished paying they will completely miss the second form and it is very important and we don't want them to fill out a lot of the same information twice.

is supposed to feeds into our Questionnaire.

I've tested it and it works but when a client used it we got the contract submittedd but not the Questionnaire and I have no way to redirect them to a version of the second form that already has some of the fields pre-populated from the first form.   they are going to have to fill out a lot of the form again and that's going to frustrate our clients.   Can you help?

I have checked your JotForm and see that the Thank you page is redirected to a different form with prefilled data. If you want the same URL to be included in the Autoresponder email, you may just copy the link normally from the Thank you page to the Autoresponder so that it should be working fine.
