Would like to have form data I submitted removed from the form

Received an email for employment. I decided not to do it. Can you please remove my information from what I submitted to you.

We do not have any affiliation with the users who create forms using JotForm.  If you need to update a form you submitted, you would need to contact the user who created the form.  We cannot remove form data without the consent of the user who created the form.
