How do I create duplicate pages in on JotForm?

It is possible to duplicate form fields in the Form Builder. You just need to select multiple fields and then click the "Duplicate" button. After that, you can use the "Page Break" to create a separate page for that.

In Windows, press and hold the "CTRL" key before clicking the next field. In this way, you can select multiple fields. Here's a screen capture:
