You will receive the notification email after the submission. It means that you will receive it after the user clicks the Submit button.
Unfortunately, you can't change the order when to send the notification email. However, you can use the autoresponder email and use the "Send Emails Later" feature. This will delay the autoresponder to your own preferences. To do that, please follow this guide:
1. Open your form and go to the Settings section page.
2. Select the Emails tab and click the Edit button of the autoresponder email.
3. Go to the Advanced tab and set the "Send Emails Later" to your own preferences.
