Why is my subscription plan downgraded?

    Hi! Received a notification that I've used all of my Gigs.  This is impossible.  I just upgraded and paid for the entire year.  Please help.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. 

    I checked your account and the issue was with one previous subscription canceled. So that happened as a response from PayPal. But I adjusted your plan now and everything is ok.
