Why was the email address ( email@example.com ) to which the inquiries should be sent, blocked yet again? We cleared all this up following a major blockage from October 2016 to approx. 02/17.

As of right now, the email address you provided is not on the bounce list. However, I checked the mail logs and I can see that it was on the bounce list before.
Your form notification is configured correctly. I suggest you add the Sender Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your Contacts or Safe Sender list.
