I contacted Jotform in April to cancel the Bronze membership,
which is $19 monthly. I received a reply saying that it had been
canceled, but I noticed a charge of $19 on my May bank statement.
We are a fishing club and only use Jotform once a year in March
for online ticket sales for our annual Black Drum fishing tourney.
Please, cancel the bronze membership and revert the membership
back to the free starter status.
