I want my whole JotForm over the span of three different landing pages. How can I achieve this? I attached an example of one that I would like my form to be similar to. I'm using instapage wordpress plug in.

If you want to display your form with multiple pages, you may consider using page breaks on the form so that it is possible to navigate through the pages on the form. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with creating multi-page forms.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms

If you want to capture the information differently using different forms, you may consider using Thank you page 'Redirect to an external link' option to redirect the user to a different page.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page

You may also pass the information from one form to another form by following the guide below.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

    Hope this information helps!
