I'm not receiving e-mails from my forms.

    Hello:

     

    For the past few days I have not been receiving e-mails when people fill out my forms.  I checked the "bounced list" and I was on it.  But I have since removed myself from this list and I'm still not receiving e-mails.  Please help.

    I have checked all the recipient email addresses in the notification and see that they are not listed in the bounce list. I see that the email notifications are being sent to the addresses without any issue from our end.

    Could you check if the emails are being landed in Spam/junk folders? Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.

    Yes definitely check your Junk/Spam folder. That's where we keep receiving ours.
