When I click on the Edit Submission link that appears in the Email Notification, I notice the URL in the browser address bar appaers as such:

    https://www.jotform.com/edit/3725267202919663530?utm_source=emailfooter&utm_medium=email&utm_term=71557508744262&utm_content=edit_submissions&utm_campaign=notification_email_footer_submission_links

It seems to me that I should be able to extract the value for the 'utm_souce' field as being equal to 'emailfooter'. I would think that I could detect that the utm_source=emailfooter and then build a condition.

Is this so? If s, how can I do this?

    Hello,

You can pass that data into a field in your form. You need to define a field with the name "utm_source" to get the value into the field. You can change the name of a field from its properties:
