How to show my address/Google Maps in my form

I see that you have a rsvp template with the map on it and wondering how to change it
because when i delete the address on it and add mine and save it then click on preview it
it does show the new address but when you click on the map link under the place it then
goes to the one that is on the template and not mine

I assume you have used the Event Registration Template
Follow these steps in order to customize the field with your own address.
1.Go to google maps, put your address and then get the permalink . You can even choose a short URL.
2. Then get back to your form. In the TEXT field , click on "Edit HTML", go to the Toolbar and click on HTML button, replace the link in between the quotation mark, as shown below:

I have updated the link of the map to your own address. I forgot to mention you can clone my form as well

You can also take a screenshot of the map and then add it as image file
