    Hi

Today I opened jotform to find a message saying that I am almost out of space and need to upgrade.

What space am I using? When people upload files, I have integration with dropbox, so it is storing those files there.

    Regards

Upload storage space for Free accounts is 100MB. You have used 77,20 MB and because of that you saw message that you need to upgrade.

Uploaded files are still stored on our severs, even if you have integration with Dropbox.

You can clear Upload Storage space, by deleting submissions that have uploads. Inside of this guide you can find how to delete submissions.

How to Delete Form Submission Data

Please take note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.

I would suggest you to first download your data to your computer and then delete them.

How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF?

You can also upgrade your account to a higher plan to get more available space. More about different account types you can find on our Pricing page.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
