How to show another form URL if account is overquota and the form is disabled.

Regarding similar issue, if my submissions reach 100 and i don't want my audience to stop submitting within the same month.

I want to provide a link to another clone jotform at the bottom of the disabled form that will say "If you are facing issues submitting this form click on <link to clone form>". Will I be able to do this or will the disabled form be completely unavailable? 

Pls help as i am not in position to buy but need a workaround to collect approximately 1000-2000 submissions.

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to show any URL in form if it is disabled. Please note that if your account is over quota, all forms of your account will be disabled. Form is will be completely unavailable and it will not display any external content or URL.
