Problems with Address Map Locator

i have keyed in the API key but some customers are unable to find their address, i am using the distance calculator to calculate cost and face some problems.

1. The address cannot detect house number.

2. The name of building for example 'Maybank' is in the search but then address appeared as  road names instead of building/company names.

3. My main concern is some roads could not be found using the distance calculator hence unable to calculate distance.

Is it because these addresses are not in google ?

First of all, in which form do you use address locator widget? As I have checked some of your forms, I couldn't see this widget. I have seen only Autocomplete Address widget and Driving Distance widget in your forms. So, I would like to be sure that we will mention about the same widget.

Besides, please find the answers below:

"The address cannot detect house number." We get the base map from Google. Google also can not detect the house numbers. So, it seems that it is not possible to detect house numbers with the current technology.

"The name of building for example 'Maybank' is in the search but then address appeared as  road names instead of building/company names." Because it only searches addresses as roads or streets, not companies or markets. 

"My main concern is some roads could not be found using the distance calculator hence unable to calculate distance. Is it because these addresses are not in Google ?"

The widget gets the addresses from Google. So, there are the addresses come from Google Maps.
