How to have different text in different row?

Hello,

As I understood you correctly, you want to add different static text to different rows. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have different text for the different rows. If you want to have different labels for the new row you would need to create a separate configurable list or add a new column with a different label in existing configurable list.  

Also, maybe an alternative solution might be using the Infinite List widget, where the user can add the options he wants:
