I checked my account setting and also my spam folder and I am not receiving invoices by email. Can you please fix this?

You can check your invoices in your JotForm account. Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to your Billing page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
3. Scroll down and click the View button in the Invoices section.

Unfortunately, we have no option for this request. We don't send invoices by email. The only way to check your invoices is like as my colleague has mentioned.
