Get Form URL widgets not working

    Could I ask for your help? I’ve set up my Get Form URL widgets, but they are not working. Could you perhaps take a look for me and let me know where I’ve gone wrong?!

    Hello Rachel,

    I just created a sample form but I was not able to replicate the issue. 

    I'm not sure if this is necessary since widgets automatically update, but it's worth the try -- can you press the Update Widget button on the widget settings to see if it would fix anything?
