Question about electronic signature / initial

In the past (when I was with a different organization) my forms had to be signed with a finger - the new one that I created seems to just have a space for the client to type their name. Is that because it is being done on a PC? If a client is completing the form on a mobile device will they need to sign with their finger instead? I am asking for both the initial and signature line on the form that I posted below

My form also has a space for someone from my organization to sign - can you tell me the best way to go about this? Should I simply fill my name in before sending it or do you feel that is not necessary?

    Thank You!
