In my form, I ask user to submit an id # which was originally 8 digits. It is now 10 digits and I don't know how to lengthen to field to give the user the option to enter up to 10 digits

Is your issue related to fields "MI Health No." of your form https://www.jotform.com/51633064594154?
When did you created that form? I have tested your form and I saw that fields are limited to 8 characters. I also saw that those fields are Number fields. However I was not able to increase limit to 10 characters.
I think that that form was created in Version 3 of our form builder and that those fields are actually Text Box fields with numeric validation, that is set to 10 characters.
You would need to remove all "MI Health No." fields from your form and add new Short Text Entry fields instead. Then set validation to Numeric and set Limit Entry to 10.
On my cloned form I have changed the fields. Here is my form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71564774287974
Feel free to test it and clone it.
Please note that on my demo form I have not updated conditions for new fields.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
