I am looking for an easy way to make reporting incidents that occur across 10 health centers happen. I use jot forms for other purposes and was hoping we might be able to rely on your encryption for this, but occasionally the information contains Protected Health Information, which would need to be encrypted.
Can you let me know?

JotForm does not hold a HIPAA Compliance Certificate, but you can use JotForm in a HIPAA Compliant way. Please refer to the following thread for more information: https://www.jotform.com/answers/333046-is-JotForm-HIPAA-Compliant
On regards of encrypted forms, please read this complete guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
