I WAS TOLDL BY AUTHORIZENET THAT I NEEDED TO CALL YOU TO ACTIVATE THIS ACCOUNT.
ACCOUNT IS ON TEST MODE AND NEEDS TO GO LIVED.
PLEASE ADVISE.

While editing your form, click on your Authorize.net field, then click on the little magic wand icon next to the field to open the options menu. Click on the cog icon in the top right to open the integration options:
Under the "Additional Gateway Settings" tab, there is a "Sandbox Mode" option. Make sure that is set to "No". This will set the form to live mode.
