Condition to insert calculation is not working.

    Hello artistic12,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form and found that you have added the conditions correctly and I am not sure what was causing this issue. I edited your form's condition and that seems to have solved this problem. Please check the screenshot below:
