How can I integrate a cancellation option for user?

hello, I'm using your simple registration form template and was wondering if there is an available option for the user to cancel their registration after they have submitted the form. And also if there is a way I can be notified of the cancelation. Thank you!

You could add a section to the form for cancellation details.  Then, add an edit submission link to the autoresponder email:

In the settings for both your notification and autoresponder email, make sure that "Send on edit" is enabled:

That way, if any edits are made to the submission both you and the user will receive a confirmation when the edit is submitted.
