Field value is not showing up in submission

    My form "2017 Summer WNL Dinner Reservation" has a date question with multiple answers allowed. It is a required question. When the form submission comes through, the question Date(s) is there with no answer(s). 


    Can't figure out why this isn't working.

    I checked your form and I can see that the email notification is set to refer to a field that doesn't exist, {dinnerDate9}


    The name of the date field in your form is {dinnerDate16}, please see:


    Please change {dinnerDate9} to {dinnerDate16} in your email body, and that should fix the issue.
