Dear Jotform staff,
We recently have double submissions in multiple occasions. The submissions are identical and reportedly not double clicks or anything.
Could you please provide some advice what could cause this? It causes confusion and extra work to clarify each case.
Form: https://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/63492001524346
Thanks for your help in advance,
Skinnytrans

Generally, the double submissions happen when the Thank you page is refreshed after submitting the form. Is the form embedded on any of your web pages? If so, please share the web page URL so that we can take a look and try to replicate the issue. This would help us to investigate the issue further and provide you with necessary assistance.
Thanks!

Thanks for returning back to me Kiran,
The website we use the form on is multilanguage (2 html page: for English and for Hungarian) and the one below is the English one (they are identical). Both pages have the same form embedded.

Hello,
I checked the submission dates of the form with the Id: "63492001524346". I can't see any duplicated submissions since all of the submissions have different submission dates.
If this issue happens again please don't delete the duplicated submissions in order to prove the issue.
I sent a test submission and can't replicate the issue.
Please turn back to us if the issue happens again.
Thank you.

Hi seth,
The submissions below are identical apart from the time they are sent to our email address:
3725927729013505518
3725872959018992857
3725052229014863140
Another case:
3724633644314602934
3724602614316893748
They are the exact same in every aspect, the only difference is that they are registered in a different time. We asked the customer, did they resubmitted their order twice or clicked double by chance, and they said they did not. They were actually surprised by our question.
I tried to replicate it myself, but I couldn't do it, and I did not find anything out of order. So I turned to yourself.
Thank you.

I suspect the users are experiencing a conflict in the page considering that the form is embedded using our default embed script. I would suggest re-embedding the form using our iframe method:
https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Since the form is placed inside an iframe, it won't cause any conflict in the page. Please try it and let us know if the issue persists.

Hi Welvin,
I embedded it with iFrame. I report back in a week or so.
