    I am not receiving my form notifications and it says my email is bouncing

    My email is valid, but I am not receiving my notifications. Says it is bouncing. This has been happening since Feb 2017.

    I just saw other posts about the same problem. It was noted by your service team that Amazon may be suppressing my email.

    Back in Feb I spoke with your customer service about the same problem. It was never solved. If I don't receive an email notifying me about a customer order, I will have to remove the form from my website.

    My email is straatpd@sbcglobal.net  I have been using this email address for years. I have been using jotform on my website without any problems until Feb 2017.

    You seem to have fixed/removed your email address from the bounce list. If this happens again, please allow us to remove it for you so we can see/check the reason of the bounce email. In most cases, this is because the receiving host has blocked the emails from Jotform. Please review your anti spam settings and make sure to do the following:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    2. Add or whitelist our jotform.com domain to your safe domain list.

    If the issue persists after doing the above, please let us know so we can investigate further and inform our developers about it.
