I have integrated my form with sheets (google); all data were sent to sheets but new submissions are saved in jotform but they weren't sent to sheets.

I have tried to eliminate the integration in order to make it again and the error appear again, all data are transmited in the configuration but new data weren't sent.

    Can you help me?

I have issued a push of all your form submissions into the integrated Google Spreadsheet. Please check again and get back to us if the problem persists.

    Thank you.

    Hello Ger_martinez,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Have you done any changes in your integrated google spreadsheet? Please note that editing column headers of your integrated google spreadsheet will cause integration to break. I would suggest you to please re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

I made three re-integration and the error still appear.
Let me explain, I deleted the integration, erased the sheet, made the integración again, jotform created a New sheet, sent the data, without any change in the sheet, i submitted a New data but IT wasn't sent to the Sheet, only stored in jotform.

I could not reproduce the problem when I tried it on a cloned version of your form.

    My test:

    Cloned Form:

Feel free to make a test submission on this form and check the result in the spreadsheet.

Since your form has over 500 existing submissions, it is possible that JotForm is still syncing the data into the spreadsheet file while you're performing your tests at the same time. This might delay the new submissions.

Please re-integrate your form again with Google Spreadsheet and allow some time around 10 minutes before you run some tests. Hopefully, this would accommodate the incoming submissions instantly.

If that doesn't help, you can make a cloned version of your form and integrate it with Google Spreadsheet.

Let us know if none of the solutions worked for you.
