Why is only one submission per user being saved?

    We are making progress.  I just submitted 3 test entries to our form and received an email notification for all 3  however,  only the first form was saved  -  which was the case when I first submitted this question.  So,  I submitted test 1 66, test 2 66 test 3 66.   only test 1 66 was saved.   There is a test jotform which was submitted by whoever responded to my question -  and the response was likewise that there was more than one submission.  The called William was submitted by  a faculty member and she was on her 11th submission when I notified her to stop,  the one called Rachel was submitted by another faculty member and that was the first of 4 entries.   I do not know what is wrong.  We have had no problems in the past and I cant find any differences in the setting from the spring evaluation form and the previous fall evaluation form which worked correctly.

    I'm sorry, but this is a bit strange. I checked your email history, only one email is showing up as sent, and that was your Test 1 66. Here's how you can access the history in your account:


    The submissions limit in the form is disabled. I see no reason why you won't see the submissions if they are successfully sent in the form. Again, perhaps you've made it on the other form? 

    I will investigate further and let you know.

    I've found it now. It appears that you have a link in the thank you page of the form https://form.jotform.us/71164864284159 that is set to open a new form which is http://www.jotform.us/form/70175913527155.

    I've found your tests on this form, test 2 66 and test 66. 

    I would suggest correcting the link so your faculty member can submit a new entry on the same form instead of the other form.
