Form not loading and freezing page.

Hi, about two days ago this not loading problem and freezing start happening, I can't even preview the form.

I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/70029029933152) on my end and I noticed that you have lots of conditions causing the form to load slow.

I would suggest you to create multiple page in your form instead of having all the fields in one page to prevent this issue.

Well, did JotForm make any changes lately?, the form has been working with no issues at all for almost 5 months and it was just a few days ago that this started happening. And it's not that load slow, it just don't load even half of the form and freeze. I guess I can start working in another one but it could be great if this one works again. Thank you tho.

I was also able to replicate mentioned issue. 

Did you recently changed anything on your form? If so I would suggest you to revert your form to version before your form start freezing. 

How to View Form Revision History

Most likely conditions that you have set are causing the issue and slowing down the form. You have almost 200 conditions. I would suggest you to lower the number of conditions and also to check them and make sure that there is no conflicts between them. 

When I disabled all conditions on my cloned form, it start working.
