    Hello,

My IP address was blocked by jotform since Wednesday the 25 july and we were not allowed to download our forms and pictures.

But now everything is OK and was resolved by jotform support.

But I don’t understand why we were phising?

Furthermore, do you now if we can download all the pictures in one time? For example, I would like to get all the pictures in one time for the form “Formulaire projets : autres types d'appels à projets (hors FUI, Oséo-ISI)”

    Thanks in advance

    Aylin,

We apologize for any problems brought about by the undeserved suspension of your account. JotForm employs an automatic phishing detector that uses Bayesian method to check for forms that were created for illegal purposes.

It is very likely that your form resembles another form that was suspended for phishing. This is not uncommon, because like I've said, the anti-phishing system we use is an automated one.

Right now, there is no need to worry as your form has been manually whitelisted and marked as 'safe'.

Furthermore, do you now if we can download all the pictures in one time? For example, I would like to get all the pictures in one time for the form “Formulaire projets : autres types d'appels à projets (hors FUI, Oséo-ISI)”

Unfortunately, we do not have this option yet. You should probably integrate your form to Dropbox to receive files directly to your Dropbox account. This way, you will not have to download the files one by one.

However, this solution will only work for new submissions.
