I have wrote three time and tried several things by myself to try to resolve this What is the time frame for which someone will answer and help remove this message. i am not receiving my forms by email

We respond to questions as soon as possible, depending on the gravity of the questions coming in. Sometimes it will only take 5 minutes to reply, sometimes it takes an hour.
Regarding your title and your screenshot, I just checked your email address and it is not in the bounce list anymore. So I cannot find the cause to its inclusion. But I suspect that this is abount AOL's DMARC policy. This means they do not allow email relays which are normally sent by automated senders which use mail blasting/marketing services.
Can you try setting up one of your own emails as your SMTP to be your sender for your email alerts to see if this would resolve issues on your AOL? You can check this guide to know how: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
My better suggestion to this though is to use another email address like those by Gmail as they are more lenient when it comes to email services and it has better chances for emails landing to your inbox.

I am confused I have now been with your company 4 years and never had a problem with using my AOL. email account This happened once last year which you resolved and now twice in last ten days . i have always had same AOL account I am not tech savvy.. Please could you look again and see why i am not receiving the jot forms to my email account Thank you

I just checked your email activity history and I see that the last few submissions were sent properly to your aol email address. If you are not seeing the said emails, please check your spam folder.
Please note that email servers constantly change due to its spam filters and may from time to time would mark any email as spam without due notice. For this reason why there are instances that your email address would land in our bounce list, for the reason being that AOL would decide to block emails from us.
If you are using an AOL email client for reading emails and the emails are not found in your spam folder, please log in to your AOL webmail account and check the spam folders there. Chances are the missing emails landed there. Emails landing in spam on the webmail are normally not being synced by email clients as which it may have prevented your AOL client reader to sync the emails received.
